I want to do voice overs on recorded sporting events. I coach a sport and record my students playing. I want to provide coaching tips on the recorded video. This means I need to control video playback (start, pause, backup, step frame by frame) during the voice over. Is this possible?
I would just record the audio with an external device (you could use the camcorder that recorded the video) and then import the audio file (or video with only audio) and then edit it in on the timeline.
