I want to make a dynamic list of points that show one after the other. But it must be stylish.

I would like to find a quick easy tool /option  for it

Have you tried to look at Adobe Stock yet?
In Premiere Pro, open the Essential Graphics panel. Click on the Adobe Stock tab and type "list" into the search field. You will get both Premiere Pro and After Effects Motion Graphics suggestions, some free, some premium. Maybe there is something cool there?
