How to delete Libraries in CC with an account that no longer exists

Hello,

I'm working for a company and we create a lot of Motion Graphic Templates that we share with video editors in Premiere Pro. The goal is to respect a common graphic design.

I'm administrator on most of the Libraries but some of them were created by a former employee.

This employee used his professional email adress to be administrator. He's not longer part of the company but the libraries seem to still belong to him. Result : I can't delete them myself from CC.

Is there any way we can solve this issue ?

Hope i was clear enough and thank you for your help !

Chris

Hi Chris,

Sorry. Was this former employee using their own personal CC account or was the employee signed in with the company's "Teams" or "Enterprise" license? Let me know and I'll do my best to assist you.

Thanks,
Kevin

Hi Kevin,

Thanks for your answer.

I didn't see until now ! Sorry.

No, this former employee was not using his personal CC account.

He was signed in with the company's licence through his professional email adress.

Anything you can do with these elements ?

Let me know what you need so i'll provide them to solve this case.

Thanks !

Hi Chris,

Sorry for the pain points. My advice is to check out this document: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/accounts.html.

If you cannot remove the former employee from the Teams account, contact our staff. The icon to click for a chat with us is in the lower right corner of that help document. I hope we can help you solve this issue.

Thank You,
Kevin
