How to do a drawing effect of a logo

I have a logo that is mostly lines, let's say a circunference. How do I make the effect of drawing the circunference? 

I um using Premiere, but I haver access to After Effects (never used).

You can try using the obsolete Write-On effect. But you're better off using After Effects. Here's a tutorial:
