How to fix audio that goes from normal to tinny and back.

Hello,

I just recently speed up audio and it sounds bad with it going from normal to tinny. I havet tried Reverb, but it didn't totally fix the issue (Unless I did that wrong). How do I stop my audio going from normal to tinny and back?
