These are two video files in Window explorer. One is without strips & other one is with strips. Is it possible to determine this (without strips & with strips) using APPr?

I have done this before but both look same.
Cannot see what they are: you have turned off the extension.
Left is vertical, right is landscape. Its a Explorer thing.
Where to find the extention?
In windows explorer tab.

As said before, it's an Explorer thing. Has nothing to do with Premiere.
