how to make a video from a long series of jpegs.

I asked once before, long ago enough that I can't remember and it doesn't show in my list of posts.

In CS6 I remember one could set the interval between them to play the sequence as a video.  Stuck.

Import as an image sequence.

Haden't tried for some time and forgot how.  Found this previous answer and tried to do it, but after selecting the jpegs, 'image sequence' is grayed out and I can't check the box.

You dont select all the jpegs you just select the first jpeg as shown in the screenshot.
