This is very basic:

Graphic you need to make yourself of download logo/image from e.g. freepick

Place graphic over background and set scale from 100 to max over time.

Delete the Media Cache and Media Cache files:

Then try pressing Enter to render the timeline and turn the red line above the timeline to green.
