Similar to this post - I need to add a clip before my timeline but cannot see how to move the Markers at the same time and I don't understand from that post what I need to do as the solution. It is not clear what to do.

Moving markers only works for Sequence Markers (top of the timeline) not Clip Markers.
You need to use insert or hold down Ctrl in order for it to work.
