How to see how many frames the audio and video are out of sync?

I upgraded to PP 2025. It already has so many issues slowing things down for me that are apparently just the way things are now, but I'm hoping this isn't one of them.

It used to be that if I accidentally moved the audio track of a clip out of sync with its video or vice versa, it would highlight that in red on the timeline and show exactly how many frames ahead or behind it is so I could easily move it back into place. I don't see that anymore and that's not an optional feature for me.

Is there a setting for it that just happens to be turned off in 2025 by default? How do I see that again? Thanks!
