How to set back to zero the audio DB after you play with the slider?

This drives me nuts. How do you set it back to zero if you misclick on it?  Undo doesnt cut the job because I might want to try different audio levels..

LATEST

This changes the whole clip GAIN. It doesnt move the slider to the middle. The slider has different effect - it adds extra gain on top of that.
