Premiere Pro 22.3
I have a text as a lower third
The text is just a logo - three letters
Can I have a background - 1280px x 54px ?
I tried with background params inside Effect Controls panel - but it works only keeping the aspect ratio of the text itself

I know - I can create a separate shape layer as a background - but it would be better if I could resize already existing background, because I want later to animate both - the text and the background and want to avoid creating key points for two objects

Thanks
