How to stop rolling credits mid - screen Premiere 14.2 (Windows 10 Pro)

I have done several rolling credits in Premiere 14.2.  I have roll checked and Start Offscreen and Stop Offscreen checked.  What I would like to do is have "The End" scroll up to mid screen, stop and after a set period of time fade out.

If I uncheck Stop Offscreen then the end stops a mid-screen but disappears instantly no delay and no fade.

Any ideas?
