how to track callout mogrt files in premiere pro

Hi there,

I have imported a mogrt file of a call-out, which is perfect for my video project. But the call-out doesn't stay in one position as the video plays. how can I track this mogrt call-out? can I use the track matte function somehow? any help/guidance would be appreciated. I have attached the mogrt file. Thank you

You cannot motion track in Premiere. You will have to do this manually with position keyframes or head over to After Effects.
