Howt to solve this problem?

Hello everyone!

I really need some help asap please!

Yesterday I closed my project after 3 days of editing, today I realized at the start this kind of strange lag.

I don't know what it is, why its appearing at the fourth day and not from the beggining, but it can't stay like this.

(Only 1 video file does this, the others are not)

The right monitor is with the original video, which was recovered from my Sony camera after I dropped it and lost its currently running footage.

Hi Isti,

Sorry about that. I think it's a common gotcha. It looks like Preferences > Audio Hardware is amiss. Set those up for your mic and speakers. If that is not working, you can also set the Default Input to No Input.

Hello Kevin, thx for the reply.

However, this solution is not working, the sound is perfectly fine, that sspecific video got lagged in some reason why.
The last 3 days was fine, yesterday went wrong, all of he 1H34M video.
If I make a new project the video is also lagging.
