HTML Video Background

I have a collection is images, I want to make a small video file which will run as a HTML background video on my website.

I want each image to fade in and out and when on each image I want to zoom in and or scroll up/down/left/right for several seconds to make it interesting.

Are there any good tutorials or plugins which can help with this.

I've never used Premiere before but have access to it from work. Happy to learn if it's possible but will likely be the only project I do on it.

You can do all that with Premiere, but...

If you never used it before and its just for one project I suggest some other software as Premiere has a steep learning curve.

You need to learn the basic first before putting together a video.

All images have to be keyframed on by one. Can be automated but then you will have to make presets.

I dont want to put you off but If it is just images/stills find a slideshow program.

I made a website using WordPress few years ago, and as I remember there was some plugins that can do such things with pictures directly

What are you using to build your website?

Try googling "bootstrap carousel zoom". You should find something to work.
