Been working on this project in 22. For bug reasons, I ended up opening it in 23 which has been relatively stable to me. When I did a recent export, a client called out that it looked different. It did. My source clips are now all darker for some reason, and the kicker is that 2022 and 2023 are both displaying it this way. I haven't changed color settings in months, I don't know what would have changed. I'm not using any input luts here, it was all manual color, but the actual source clip looks darker which is rippling through. The attached screenshot will show the program monitor from premiere and the resolve program window. Color space is and always has been 709. Footage is fs7 mxf, i don't know exactly what color profile was shot, but it's being interpreted 709 in the interpret window. This is like the end of this project and this came out of nowhere and hit me like a truck. I'm going to put the picture in a reply because the posts keep getting flagged.
Hello @davedelizza,
Thanks for the message. It’s been a long time since you filed this bug. I apologize for the lack of a response. Are you still having this issue? The team will need more info from you to reproduce the bug. Can you provide the information required here? How do I write a bug report?
I'll move your post to the Discussions board while we await your information.
Thanks,

Kevin

Screenshot of the program window in Premiere, darker, and just pulling the clip straight into resolve on right, correct. There is no source clip effect in premiere
