I can't find certain effects on premiere

When I go to the effects panel, I'm nor able to find effects like change to color or color balace RGB... does anybody know why could that be?.

My Premiere is v15.0

Mac seem to have lost a few effects.

I have, and yes, I'm using Mac. Is there anything I can do?

To be honest, I don't know. Resetting Pref does not seem to do anything. But you can always try.

You are not the first complaining about effects missing on the mac.
