I can't find where to edit my caption styles.

Typically you can highlight your captions and go to the essential graphics panel and click edit and it'll take you right to the text editing panel. With Premiere Pro version 25, I have no idea how to edit my captions now. I can't find it. Why did you guys move it?

Hi! You should have seen a little blue info box pop up informing you that everything you would edit in the Essential Graphics panel is now in the Properties panel.  It's easy to miss!

Thanks. That worked. I didn't see any popup, but that video helped.

I have been using Premiere Pro for 8 years now and use it every day for work. I really liked how it was easy to edit graphics and it was laid out to where you could see everything clearly and manipulate everything easily prior to the latest update. I'm incredibly displeased with the latest update and removing the panel for editing graphics! I don't know who designed this or thought this was a good idea but it's really hard to see now and just makes for a wall of text you have to sort thru on your Effects Controls! PUT IT BACK TO HOW IT WAS PLEASE!! This was an unneccessary change on something that was working just fine and it made it incredibly inconvient and not accessible in an app that is already not user friendly and overly convulted for no reason. Thank you for your time. I look forward to having the graphics panel back to how it was before.

Hi Nickolas.

We did not remove any of the Essential Graphics behavior. It has all been moved to the new Properties panel and should look quite familiar there, and even have some new enhancements.
