I can't get the Contour Shuttle ProV2 to work on Windows 11

Can someone else help me with this problem? I can't get the Contour Shuttle ProV2 to work on Windows 11. Does anyone else have this problem?

I have the ContourShuttleProV2 and I've never had any problems setting up and programming these until windows 11. After I installed Windows 11 on 1 PC, I can't get the shuttle to work in Adobe(all programs). The shuttle works in quick time player, microsoft edge and other applications. I can install the shuttle but programming (giving the buttons a different function) does not work. I've been working with the shuttle company for weeks, but they can't get the shuttle going in AP either.

Doesn't help you but mine is fine on Windows 11.
