2 hours ago I got a crash in a premiere pro project, since then I can't open any project or create a new project because the program it will freeze. If I open an existent project it will freeze at full blue bar loading and if I create New Project , When I click "Ok" it will freeze causing Premiere go into Not Responding.
Neither after effects work since then, I cant even open, it will freeze while loading the program.
I am using an M1 Max Macbook Pro.

I really need to solve my problem fast.

Try these steps, please, in order. Even though you've reset preferences, please try it again as part of these steps:

  1. Launch Pr from a shortcut (Dock, Launchpad, Desktop) while holding down the Shift+Opt keys.  Opt resets prefs and Shift clears plugin cache.
  2. Keep the keys pressed until the main program window appears.
  3. Before trying to open any project or starting a new one, go to Preferences>Media Cache and delete *all* your media cache files.
  4. Now try opening a project or starting a new one.

Hi Andrei Selaru!

Sorry about the issue. Could you check if permissions are provided to the Adobe folder? Here's how: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/x-productkb/multi/preferences-folder-read-only-error.html#:~:text=In%20Fi...

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

I have tried both of the suggested solution. It's not working either... is there any other solution?
