i cant import presents to adobe premiere

When i click 3 lines right of effects and click import presents a then i click my present it doesnt show the present i clicked on adobe premiere pro, how can i fix it??? can someone pls help me. And i have tried to reset prefferences and rename folder to Old_22.0 and it still doesnt work >:

Well yes. If the preset uses an effect that is not native to Premiere then the preset won’t show.

In order for presets to appear the effect used in the preset needs to be installed first.

LATEST

revert to the previous version of premiere that was working.  In the creative cloud app, to the far right of the current version of Premniere, there are three dots...  click and choose "other versions".  And you shouldn't have any issues opening the project if it's a previous version of Premiere 22...And reach out to the company that sold you this plug-in and ask if it's compatible with the latest version of Premiere and if not, if they plan to update it..
