I cant move my blue mover tool for the timeline

Hello,
I was just editing a video and premiere pro just randomly decided to not let me move my blue mover in the timeline. It only moves after i have clicked something like File, Edit, or clip in the upper section. Can someone help me? I dont have that much knowledge of premiere pro or computers yet so anything will be appreciated! 🙂

Try resetting your workspace (Window > Workspace menu). If this doesn't work, try resetting your Premiere preferences
