It has been almost a week since I notifird support that my Premiere Pro has been constantly crashing. 3 days ago I've spent 5 hours on the phone with a junior staff member that achieved nothing.
He could not even identify the problem.
I ended up with a promise that a seniour support will call me. 3 days later they did not. Online chat support member would not provide me with a phone number for tech support or a complaint department.
