I have a problem instaling additional features into Encore CS6 that function when installed. After many attempts at reviewing and trying posted recommendations from Stan Jones and others, No matter how often I tried I cannot see the Library in Encore when opened. My suspicion is there may be a problem with Encore CS6 itself in which case I may need to reinstall Encore CS6. If not, I may need to use a different product that is annoying and not as functional. I have even tried creating my own menus and buttons with no luck.
If reinstallation is recommended, where can I find one that is reliable and recognizes my previous registration.
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
