I have an unwanted motion Blur problem (100fps source video to 24fps export settings)

Hi guys.

I recently bought a Sony A7IV Camera and I recordar some 100fps (1920x1080) footage with it.

I usually work in a 24fps sequence in Premiere which is a really common standard out there as you all know.

The thing is that when I export the video that I've already edited, I have a lot of motion blur and ghosting effect, specially in the fast movements.

Could you help me out with this? Thank you so much guys.

Your issue is editing 100 fps in a 24 fps sequence.

Going from 100 to 24 means throwing a way a lot of frames.

I am guessing when editing in 60 fps you won't see such artifacts.

24 fps common standard? Nah......
