i have problem in adobe premier pro when i try to export video from premiere pro to YouTube .

Hmm, while the message is clear, it might be that it's somehow about Adobe's account. Maybe post in the Premiere Pro forum. In the meantime, upload to Youtube outside Premiere.

You need to sort out your Youtube account first.

Export file and upload manually might do the trick.

Why would you NEED to upload from Premiere to Youtube? Is something stopping you from exporting a normal file, then uploading the regular way to Youtube?
