I keep getting a error for my project being in a older version of premier

I am working on a project that i need to have finished by tonight at midnight and i keep getting a error when i launch to finish working on it, every time i launch i am told my project is saved in a older version of premiere pro and i dont know how to update it my ptoject or downgrade premiere pro to the version my project needs

I would create a new project in the current version you're running.

 

Go to the Media Browser panel in Premiere, and navigate to the old project file.

 

Right-click on the project file, and Import the assets from that project into the new one.

 

Go to work.
