I got it fixed before from an adobe support member, but they are closed right now. It had to do something with my driver or video card? I don't remember. Anybody know how to fix this issue?

Please tell us your system specs: OS version, Premiere version, amount of RAM, Hardware specs including graphics card and your source properties and your sequence settings.  And by any chance are your sources from a screen recording or shot on a smartphone?  If so, the problem is probably that they have a variable frame rate which premiere has issues with.
use mediainfo to determine whether your source is variable or constant frame rate

https://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo/Download

if it's variable use handbrake to convert to constant frame rate

https://handbrake.fr
and here's a tutorial on how to use handbrake
