I lost my sequence in Premiere Pro 25.1

hi, ive lost my initial sequence on premiere pro and cant find anywhere how to get it back, im pretty sure i closed the panel accidentally in the sequences tab. any help would be greatly appreciated also when and if i do manage to get it back, how can i merge initial sequence and sequence 1 together, sorry im new here and still learning the very complex system, thanks in advance. happy new year all.
