I need help somethings wrong with my premiere pro exporting

It says the estimated file size is going to be like 4000mb when i know it should be larger and the once i export my video it wont let me open it has mp4._00_ in the tite and idk why it keeps happening ive done so many things to try to fix it, someone help, ive never had this problem before.
