I need to reinstall Premiere Pro 2015.2

I need to reinstall Premiere Pro 2015.2, but it doensn't show up as previous version in the Creative Cloud panel.

Is there a place on adobe.com to download Premiere Pro 2015.2 directly?

Due to a change in licensing agreement with one of our vendors, Premiere Pro CC 2015 isn't available for download.
