I recently got a Surface Pro and I decided to edit a video on it using Premier Pro. It was working perfectly and after a bit I decided to take a break so I saved the file and closed all the apps open on the laptop. After a few hours I came back and when I launched the project I was working on previously it just glitches out and says "Not Responding". I left it like that for 20 minutes and it still had not changed so I closed it and restarted my computer and it still did not work. I went into task manager and closed anything related and it still did not work. I decided that I would transfer it to another device but when I emailed it to my other device the video was not there in the editing. All the changes a made were there like text but the actual video I had recorded was gone in the background. It seems it did not transfer properly. I wanted to transfer it using project manager but I could not because I cant access it due to the "Not Responding". So my first preference would be if someone could tell me a solution to why it says "Not Responding" whenever I launch the project but if not is there some way for me to transfer the project while still including all the changed made on the base video of. Hopefully there is a fix. I tried researching it and all the fixes I found were unapplicable or not working. Please help me as soon as you can.
