I've been having problems with the color of the preview when I try to edit my videos

I've been having this problem couple days ago when I edit a video and I export the video i realize that the color was alot much brighter than when I edited it here I'll put an example of how it looks

this is in the version 23.1 (the last version) platform: PC

Is that within Premiere against outside Premiere?

both when is in premiere it looks dark as you can see in the first picture but when you export the video it looks like this:
