I've had this problem before on earlier versions, but it's back again in the latest update...

The timeline refused to load any media I put into it. My "fix" has been to quit out and restart my computer, but that's not very practical for an effecient workflow. Anyone have this before? Is there a solution? Help me out, please.

We're sorry to hear about this. We can get this checked. Let us know the system specifications (OS, CPU, GPU & RAM). Also, issues with GPU drivers can cause such problems. Please check if there is any update available for the GPU driver.
