Idea:

Font / styling consideration on caption generation. Notice how ​@Premiere Gal set captions to cover 2 lines, yet several of them appear in 3, which she then had to go in and manually adjust. This is because Premiere calculates caption-length in isolation from true pixel-width of rendered text. For true pixel length accuracy, you must take into consideration font and styling. Why not do this by default? instead of characters per line, maybe it's "% of frame-width per line."
