If your premiere pro opens with blank prompt box

if you try to log into the program and it stops functioning with a white box, put computer on plane mode and go back into premiere for it to prompt that it hasn't confirmed subscription, turn wifi back on and it'll give you the prompt boxes that wouldn't load before

Why are we looking at an old version of Premiere, looks at lot like cs6 which is no longer supported.

it's not the version i'm currently using, i'm using 2021 those are just google pics to explain the issue to recreate the situation i was encountering with the log out prompt with two devices being active
