After the latest upgrade the errors for memory started to occur. I could get around the issue by saving until it became so problematic I turned to support at adobe, After going through the nine layer a automation which were worthless I got to a real person who did help restore the progam.

However I am asked if it helped, How would I know in the short time to try it with the support person on the other end. The bug didnt have time line.

Fast forward to my first attempt to edit.

NOW I  CANT FINISH A VIDEO WITHOUT A CRASH. This is insane. editing 40 min worth of video, taking at least an hour to get the approximately the same point and for the 4th time I have crashed. I have spent the equivelant of the years worth Adobe Monthly rental in editing time / exiting and entering the program, saving after each move and accessories thrown against the wall. 

I cant find a place on the web site to directly send this disappointent so here it lands.

Here, your basically just ranting to other users. I can tell you for sure, with that post of yours, nobody can help unless you give some details and tell us what the phone support did to temporarily fix your system.

User Voice is where the Adobe engineers look for bug reports, enhancement requests, etc. The urgency for bug reports or new features can be judged by how many of us users upvote the requests. You can search for similar requests using the search feature at the lower right. It's best to upvote a request that has some traction (votes) already, and you can upvote and reply to that thread. If you don't find one the matches your request, then enter a new one. Regardless, post a link back here so those seeing this thread can upvote also.
