Im having a problem with premire pro

So i Use windows 11 beta and whenever i go into premire pro or photoshop my whole screen turns black and glitches out. and whatever i do in premire the screen glitches and then makes my display all blurry, than i will have to restart my computer. All i want is to work in premire pro but cant.

 If NVIDIA, do a clean installation of the 517.40 Studio Driver (NOT the Game Driver).
