When a still image (PNG image, etc.) is overlaid on top of a video, the image is inverted and slightly scaled down horizontally when played back in preview. When the video is not being played back, the image is normal, and the exported image is also normal, but only the preview is displayed incorrectly.
Also, this phenomenon seems to be happening only with the Mac version.
(I tried the Windows version with the same material and it was fine here.)

And, this phenomenon is resolved when the display resolution is set to full, which seems to be a bug that occurs when the resolution is less than 1/2.
My enviroment is following:
MacbookAir2022 Apple M2
MacOS Ventura 13.1
Premiere Pro 23.3.0
