Import image sequence numbered other than zero?

Such a crumby limitation. I have a much larger animation and have rendered only a portion, say frames 333-777 as it's own "shot" into a folder. Premiere won't let me import these frames as a sequence because it doesn't start at zero?

You can start at any number in an image sequence but they need to have a simple name and sequential.
