import mp4 files from Final Cut did not work into premiere 2020 on win 10

has anyone an idea how i could fix that?

2nd - exactly what is inside the file?

MP4 is a wrapper, what is inside YOUR wrapper - Exactly what is INSIDE the video you are editing?

Did he ever report back?

I have a simalar problem, only it shortens the video to a third on the timeline. I know it's a simple fix. I seem to be the only one with Premiere Pro issue when importing from Final Cut Pro. 

Anyone know?
