import problem

when i import my 4k videos from lumix s5ii. It always bugs dont know why. i got my frame rate correct and i canot do preview beacuse when i get back to see how my edits are its bugs and doesnt render at all . it takes houres to finish a 10 sec videos

Sorry about the trouble. Have you already tried deleting cache files and resetting preferences? Can you let us know your system details (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)?
