Import title graphics from previous project into current project

I'm an infrequent user but occasionally have to edit a two hour stage recording. I've remembered all of the editing I need to do and now am trying to add the title and credits. I'd like to copy what I created for a 2019 edit where I can see the title graphic and rolling credits into the current project. I can't seem to figure out how to do that. Not sure how I created the original graphic. I can select the clip and see the properties but I'd like to just inport that clip on the timeline sequence into the current project. Any suggestions?
