Even though i import 1080p source video, while rendering and on export it downscales to lower resolution. I checked my sequence and export settings and can't find solution.

For more clarity: when i move slider on clip it shows high res but as soon as i remove mouse it goes back to low res.. I checked on source window, source is definitely high res and downscales as soon as it goes in workspace.

Most likely sequence does not match clips

Post screenshot export settings with left tab to output.

And a screenshot of clip properties.

Is this while viewing on the Program monitor in PrPro or after exporting?

Within PrPro, you can set the viewing quality to full-1/2-1/4 plus in the menu items for that panel you have options for high-quality and also what it does during playback and while on pause. So you can have playback set to 1/2 res and pause set to full res.

As to export, we need the info Ann asked for.
