Importer Reported a Generic Error

Good afternoon,

I am working on a piece where I am roundtripping sections of my sequence into After Effects.  I have 2 linked comps already finished and now I keep getting the above error each time I try to round trip a new section.  I'm work with the same 3 interview clips and audio.  All were recorded on a Sony XDCam at 1080/24p 50Mbps.  I have deleted the originals and reimported, transcoded and just plain old linked to them.  I'm still getting the error message.  Any ideas on how I might fix it?

Export to intermediate file and use that in Premiere.
