Hilfe!!

Hi Frank,

Sorry about that. We need more info about your system and media. If your media is not importing, which camcorder or camera shot the footage? Is it older QuickTime-based footage? AVCHD? From OBS, mobile phone, or webcam? Let us know.

Thanks,
Kevin

Actually, I tried the import with the same Premiere Pro installation on the desktop of a Windows laptop. No problem. Same with a Motion Graphics Template. So the problem is the Adobe Premiere Pro installation on the beforementioned computer, right?

Here the laptop info:

Prozessor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10310U CPU @ 1.70GHz 2.21 GHz
Installierter RAM 16,0 GB (15,7 GB verwendbar)
Systemtyp 64-Bit-Betriebssystem, x64-basierter Prozessor
Windows 10 Enterprise
Version 21H2

I hope you can narrow down the error.

Thank you, Frank

That system shouldn't have too much trouble with the footage, Frank. I wonder if something else is up with the system. Have you updated the GPU drivers for the computer lately? Let me know.

Thanks,
Kevin

Hi Kevin, GPU drivers are up-to-date.

Meanwhile I was able to import the same files in another test project on the same computer, no problem. Don't ask me why.

But in parallel I wanted to install a MOGRT. With the laptop I was able to install it but not able to drag it into the editing window.

On the desktop computer I was not able to install it at all ("Installation fehlgeschlagen - Die Animationsvorlage konnte nicht installiert werden").

The file is not corrupt or anything as the originator was able to install and work with it on her Adobe Premiere Pro set-up.

All this drives me crazy...!

Ah, I obviously solved the problem! I deleted the Premiere cache and finally I was able to install the mogrt file.
