Importing in Premiere pro

For some reason, I have an issue with some videos I imported into Premiere Pro, which look like this for some reason. What should I do? They don't appear as a video it just shows the audio.

If that's not it, please use the free MediaInfo and post a screenshot of the properties of your media in tree view:

Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Handbrake to convert to constant frame rate:

Shutter Encoder may also be used to convert to Constant Frame Rate:
