Importing R3D footage issue

Hi Everyone,

Relatively new to editing R3D footage... I understand R3D gets split into 4GB file sized chunks.  I import via the media browser as I should and it all looks fine up to that point.

For some reason when I drag it onto a sequence it only recognizes the first 4GB (as per screenshot).

The footage is in the an external HDD and I haven't re-arranged/moved any files.

I've been able to drag the "missing" files onto the timeline directly and have been able to thankfully continue editing. One of the other reasons why I really want to resolve this is I'm synching WAV audio files and Premiere of course can't do this if there are missing files...

Has anyone else experienced this?
