Hello my name is Grace Ward,

Recently I have been having trouble uploading other sequences in different projects, whether it be another PremierePro sequence or an After Effects one. I import them then try to play them back and they either just blank black or completely out of order and messed up.

I'm in the middle of an important project right now and could use some advice! Thank you !!

Hi Grace,

1. What are the versions of Premiere Pro & AfterEffects?

Update both applications to same version to use Dynamiclink feature.

2. What is the Operating System?

3. Is this happening with all projects or just with the projects created in previous version of Premiere Pro or AfterEffects & updated to latest version?

Thanks,

Vidya Sagar.

Upload means to transfer from a local computer to a remote computer over a network, such as the Internet.

What you're doing here is importing.
